1. Account Registration

To access our courses and services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related emails from 100xDevs, including but not limited to:

  • Account verification and security notifications
  • Course enrollment confirmations and reminders
  • Assignment updates and deadline notifications
  • Platform announcements and schedule changes

2. Course Access & Usage

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for the duration specified. Course content is provided for your individual learning and may not be:

  • Redistributed, shared, or resold in any form
  • Recorded, downloaded, or reproduced without permission
  • Used for commercial purposes without explicit authorization

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the 100xDevs platform responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Posting offensive, harmful, or misleading content in community spaces
  • Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform's operation or other users' experience

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

All course fees are clearly listed on the Courses page and are charged as one-time payments. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Email Communications

By using 100xDevs, you agree to receive transactional and service-related emails. These are essential to the delivery of our services and include class reminders, assignment notifications, and account alerts.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@100xdevs.co.in. Essential account and security emails cannot be opted out of.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 100xDevs platform — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, and code samples — is the intellectual property of 100xDevs and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

100xDevs provides educational content and training services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or salary increases. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
